About me
I am an experienced movement teacher with a deep passion for biomechanics and helping adults develop greater range of motion, strength, and new physical skills.
I began my own movement journey in my 40s, diving straight into handbalancing and gradually developing advanced flexibility. This personal path gave me a profound understanding—not only of the challenges—but more importantly, of the incredible potential the adult body has to adapt and thrive at any age, along with the transformative benefits that come with it. I genuinely enjoy helping others take that long-overdue step toward change and self-discovery.
Over the years, I’ve explored a wide range of movement disciplines. I am a certified Yoga Teacher (though I no longer teach yoga), a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and most recently, a Postural Stability Instructor. One of my core missions is to help older adults regain independence and confidence in their bodies. Through personalized programs focused on strength, balance, endurance, and flexibility, I aim to reduce falls and support injury prevention within frailer populations.
Outside of teaching, I remain deeply committed to my own practice. Handbalancing, strength work, and flexibility are daily staples in my training. I offer handstand and flexibility coaching for complete beginners as well as intermediate-level adults.
I strongly believe that fitness is not just a foundation for physical health, but also a powerful tool for mental well-being. Reconnecting with our bodies—and learning to live more through movement and less in our heads—is a forgotten skill, one that holds the potential for deep transformation. I’m here to help guide you back into your body, using proven methods, tailored exercises, and thoughtful progressions that can unlock a new level of freedom—regardless of your age.
