Meet your Trainer

Hi, I’m Luna. I took up hand-balancing in my forties and discovered something surprising — the so-called “ageing body” is a fantastic learner.

Today, I guide older Oxted locals  to climb stairs without holding the rail, roll out of bed without aches, and get down to the floor (and back up again) with ease. I also coach adults in a wide range of movements, including weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, flexibility, and learning new skills.

I am a certified movement professional with a multidisciplinary background in personal training, yoga, biomechanics, postural stability, and flexibility coaching. Specializing in falls prevention for older adults (60+), and movement training for adults (30+) that blends strength, mobility, and skill development. Known for integrating biomechanics and modern mobility science into structured programs that are intelligent, progressive, and results-driven. Experienced in both group instruction and personalized 1-on-1 coaching.

I don’t believe in “one way fits all.” I’m a strong believer in the uniqueness and potential of every body — and I tailor each program to meet you exactly where you are, physically and mentally.

My life’s calling is to help adult bodies reach their full potential — regardless of age. I find just as much joy in guiding someone to re-learn how to get up from the floor with confidence, as I do in helping them achieve a handstand, bridge, or the splits. Whether you’re starting at the very beginning or chasing an advanced skill, I’m here for it.

In my own life, I live what I teach. I train regularly, always learning something new — from trapeze to one-arm handstands, while keeping up my strength and flexibility. You’ll often find me in my home studio on the rings, or in the garden doing backward rolls with my daughter.
