Meet your Trainer

My name is Luna Pagano.
I’m a movement coach, handbalancer, flexibility specialist, and certified personal trainer based in Oxted, Surrey.

What matters most about my work isn’t titles, it’s how I think about the body and how I coach it.

I believe the body is adaptable for far longer than most people are led to believe. Strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination are not reserved for the young or the naturally gifted, they’re skills, and skills can be learned at any age.

I didn’t come from a background in gymnastics or dance, and I didn’t start handbalancing early in life. My own practice developed through structured training, curiosity, and learning how to work with the body rather than forcing it into shapes it isn’t ready for. Over time, that approach changed what my body could do, and reshaped how I coach others.

My work goes beyond standard personal training. I combine functional strength, joint health, mobility, and skill-based movement to help people build strong, capable, and resilient bodies that support real life.

I support adults 30+ who want to improve strength, mobility, and movement quality, and I work with adults 70+, where the focus is postural stability, balance, and falls prevention through evidence-based training.

Luna Inverted Art was created as a space where adults, at any stage of life, can build strength, flexibility, and confidence through movement, skill, and play. It exists as proof that progress doesn’t depend on starting young — it depends on starting well.

I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” training. Every body has a history. Every body adapts differently. My coaching is highly individualised, meeting you where you are physically and mentally, and guiding you forward with clarity and intention.

In my own life, I live what I teach. I train regularly, continue to learn, and explore new challenges, from handbalancing and rings to moving, playing, and training alongside my daughter.

Movement is for every body, at every stage of life.
