I specialize in working with adults, because I understand that adult bodies and minds learn differently. Classic gymnastics methods may work well for kids, but adults need a smarter, more tailored approach.

I learned handbalancing in my 40s, and continue to train and explore this rewarding discipline. I’ve worked with top coaches, built a deep understanding of biomechanics, and most importantly—I've walked this path myself.

This experience allows me to teach in a way that’s not only effective but also encouraging and realistic for adult learners.
